Supporting brand social media campaigns, messaging and content creation (May 2018 – March 2020)
CCBA’s digital assets had low netizen engagement. There was barely any interaction between the brand and its consumers on social media. We were brought on board to provide a solution on how to remedy the situation and breathe life to the company’s social media platforms.
We launched an initial strategy to increase engagement and awareness of CCBA on social media. We developed and executed various social media campaigns including Monster Energy Drink, CCBA Easter Moments, Mbuzi4Krisi, Instagram Visual Stories among others to increase awareness CCBA product portfolio and boost brand favorability.
We managed to increase the consumer engagement on the brand’s social media platforms due to the content we curate and produce on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The following on the social media platforms have grown significantly. We have seen an increase in CCBA’s impressions and reach through amplifications. Netizens have also continued to request for more information concerning CCBA’s services.
