Our Work has turned start ups into fully grown companies, increased awareness and shifted brand dials

Our Purpose

We have been privileged to work with a huge variety of companies and brands over two decades across Kenya and Africa. Some of our clients have included Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Visa, British Airways, East African Breweries and Ford to name a few. We work with our clients to create a shared vision of a better world. We are passionate and committed to make our work, work for everyone.

Our work has helped raised funds, turned start-ups into fully grown companies, made profits and shifted brand dials. Our work has made real people feel valued, involved and inspired. We feel that our work has helped change the world we live in.

We are an award-winning, full-service independent agency of 15 brilliant, purpose-driven people. We offer over 20 years’ experience driving positive change for brands and companies.

As an agency we believe it’s our job to understand and translate trends and issues not just in Kenya and Africa, but across the globe, so we can support our clients both today and importantly into the future to build resilient and sustainable brands.

As an agency we believe it’s our job to understand and translate trends and issues not just in Kenya and Africa, but across the globe, so we can support our clients both today and importantly into the future to build resilient and sustainable brands.

Following the COVID 19 pandemic, one of the biggest issues globally is the real, current and future threat from climate change and other related issues such as biodiversity and habit loss.  In East Africa, climate change is the most important challenge facing future generations and sadly its already a daily reality in East Africa, despite the region bearing almost none of the historic responsibility for global emissions.

Climate change is increasingly becoming a local and global challenge, creating a dire need for companies of all sizes to consider the effects of climate change and their respective roles in helping to mitigate its effects. No longer can companies turn a blind eye to their involvement in meeting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, (UNSDGs). The UNSDGs recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.

Not only is this action required by companies that have operations that directly affect the environment through physical waste and emissions to develop strategies for countering their environmental impact. But rather a collective effort of all companies is needed to craft a framework in engaging and participating in Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) initiatives.

ESG is not just a trend, it something that companies will need to ensure that is embedded into in every aspect of doing business, going forward ESG will simply be the norm in how businesses operate, and will be increasingly required by key stakeholders such as regulators, governments, clients, communities and most critically, staff.

As an agency we have spent a lot of time  understanding, researching and planning on how to ensure our clients respond to ESG in a meaningful way that protects their brands, supports business growth but also seeks to have a positive impact on the local environment and community.

We have written opinion articles for clients on their approach to ESG, we have drafted concept papers on how clients should approach and engage on ESG and we have produced webinars on ESG issues including “Women and the Gig Economy” and “Tech for Good”.  We expect to do a lot more on ESG issues in the future for both our clients and our own understanding of this incredibly important and impactful issue.
